Mary Lamb

Biography

(1764-1847)

Mary Lamb was an English author, and the sister of essayist Charles Lamb. She is best known today for her Tales From Shakespear (1807), written in collaboration with her brother. She also wrote a collection of school stories, Mrs. Leicester's School (1808), as well as poetry and letters.
